Today I got mail from from Microsoft Tag service with Subject "IMportant Notice to our Microsoft Tag Customers". You can see screen shot of that mail below. This mail is about, Microsoft Tag service going to end by Two years from now( end date : Aug 19, 2015). This service is going under Scanbuy company.
